Main Homestead Lodge
The original homestead at Angorichina Station, built in the 1860’s and carefully renovated and extended into a comfortable outback lodge and home, forms the nucleus of the Flinders Ranges property. Within the solid stone walls is a world of calm and grace – music, flowers, books and antique furnishing and wonderful smells issuing from the kitchen.
Di and Ian Fargher want to ensure that you have the best possible experience and receive their personalised attention when staying at Angorichina Station; only accepting one group at a time. So in essence, whether you are travelling by yourself, as a couple, family or friends you will be personally hosted and have exclusive access to the property!
The main homestead lodge has 3 guest rooms and the Garden Cottage is located only a short walk from the homestead. Depending on your group’s configuration, Angorichina Station can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. Each guest room has been individually styled to suit its unique surround and cater to the needs of discerning travellers. All rooms are air-conditioned, a must for those lovely warm summer outback days! There is no mobile phone reception at Angorichina Station, however if you need to stay connected while you are travelling, complimentary wireless internet access in the homestead is available.
Homestead Room
Overlooking the tennis court and gardens, the main homestead offers a guest room with a enticing King bed for lazy morning sleep-ins. It has been recently renovated with a modern ensuite bathroom.
Garden Cottage
Separate from the main homestead and originally the Fargher children’s school room, this historic building now offers lodge accommodation with a Queen bed and a spacious bathroom.
Blue Room and Red Room
Two additional twin guest rooms are available inside the main homestead each offering private bathroom facilities. These rooms are best suited to children staying at Angorichina Station.
